About The Role

We are seeking Civil Engineering Graduates to join our Graduate Development Programme in 2020 .

At Dyer & Butler, we are aware of the importance of recruiting graduates and the benefit to us of supporting & training them properly.

We offer a structured development programme to our Civil Engineering Graduates.

This is a professional training scheme over a 2 to 3 year period, working together with the ICE (Institute of Civil Engineers) 

The aim is for you to become professionally qualified by the end of your development training.

Employed by our Civil Engineering Division, you will be based from one of our Regional Offices and may work on a variety of different projects varying in value from £300k - £15m. 

Projects will include: rail, airports, roads, bridges, sea defence schemes, flood alleviation schemes etc.

You will be working in the capacity of a Graduate Engineer and will be responsible for setting out, site record keeping & paperwork, assisting with programming, correspondence and QA procedures, risk assessment and adherence to Health & Safety legislation as well as other various site duties.

 

 

The Requirements

  • You will be graduating in the summer 2020 with a degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
  • You may or may not have any relevant site experience.
